Generating a Preview Proof

Advisers may generate a watermarked preview proof of the entire yearbook directly in Plic. Preview proofs may be generated at any time to review your work-in-progress. 

Note that the only manner to submit your book to formal proofing and printing is to use the Finalize and Submit button. This will render your book without watermarks and submit the files to the Studio Source Dashboard. Complete information on this process is available in the Submission & Proofing article.

1. Launch the book in the editor, then click on Preview at the bottom of the page.

2. Click on Preview PDF  at the bottom of the preview window to generate a proof. This process may take a few minutes.

3. When the preview appears, use the Previous / Next buttons to look through the pages. Click the Download button in the top right corner to receive a watermarked pdf file that you can share with colleague outside of Plic.
