Submitting Your Finished Book for Proofing

1. Mark each section in the Yearbook Ladder as Complete by clicking the Mark Complete icon.

2. Mark each section as Reviewed, by clicking the green checkmark icon.

3. After every section is approved, a Submit button will appear at the top of the Yearbook page. Click Submit to send the book to be rendered and uploaded to your Studio Source Dashboard.

4. Within two hours, you will receive an email from Studio Source that your “Proof is ready for review” along with directions on where to find it in your Dashboard, where you will do your final proofing.

Please note that at this point, the Pixami software is locked to prevent further editing. However, if you find something during your final proofing that needs to be changed, all you need to do is reject the proof from your Studio Source Dashboard and the Pixami software will be automatically unlocked so that you can make changes and resubmit.

If no changes need to be made, you’ll approve your book in your Studio Source Dashboard and it will be ready to be ordered!
