Editing Multiple Frames
Editing Multiple Frames
You can select multiple frames at once, including image frames, text frames, clip art, and elements, and then apply changes to the entire selection.
To select multiple frames (photos and/ or text), hold the Control (CTRL) key on your keyboard while you click on each frame. When you have more than one frame selected, you will see a red dotted line around the selection, and the Multiselect Toolbar will appear above the selection.

Move your mouse over any of the tools to see a description of the tool.
Duplicate

Click the Duplicate tool to duplicate the selection of frames.
Align

Click the Align tool to align the selection of frames. A dropdown menu will appear.

Choose Align Left, Right, Bottom or Top to line up all of the frames together on the chosen side.
Choose Same Width or Same Height to resize all of the frames to either the same width or height.
Delete

Click the Delete tool to delete all of the selected frames.
