Reviewing and commenting on pages

Pages need to be approved by the Editor-in-Chief or an Editor before your book can be sent to proofing then printing. The procedure to review is:

  1. Team members submit completed pages to be reviewed by an Editor or Editor-in-Chief
  2. The Editor / Editor-in-Chief reviews the page, either setting it to approved or rejected.
  3. Approved pages are marked “ready for proofing” and are no longer editable.
  4. Rejected pages are returned, with comments, for more work.
  5. Once all pages are approved, the book can proceed with the formal proofing procedure.
